Dr. Jessica Gardner—known by many as Dr. G—is a passionate educator, speaker, and curriculum innovator dedicated to helping teachers rediscover joy in teaching. With over 15 years of experience in education, she specializes in blending creativity with required curriculum to boost engagement and achievement. Through coaching, workshops, and creative PD sessions, Dr. G helps teachers transform scripted lessons into memorable learning experiences students love.
She is a warm, collaborative, educational leader with experience in advancing instructional quality, curriculum implementation, and teacher leadership. Dr. Gardner has been recognized for building trust-based teams, designing engaging professional learning, and using data-informed practices to support student and educator growth. She continues to have a strong foundation in RLA, intervention, and inclusive, equity based practices.
Personally, Dr. Gardner is a wife, mother, and craft enthusiast.
She is based out of Corsicana, Texas which is within 1 and 15 minutes to a major, international airport which allows her to be available for domestic travel.
